  • MINUTES OF THE MEETING:

      • Evaluation and Updates on the Recent Columban Day Activities
        1. Bingo Social Total collection : Php 26,450.00
          Expenses: cash prizes 12,000.00
          Food/materials: 4,486.98
          To be submitted to the Treasurer's office: Php 9,963.02
        2. Alumni Night - pot lock party - not well organized, not well attended alternative for 2009 :
             - fund raising dinner party - with entertainers/ band singers
             - launching of "Alumni Homecoming King and Queen"
     
      • Social Hall Renovation
        1. Fund raising activities by different departments - on-going.
        2. New design for the social hall - invite alumni from College of Architecture.
        3. Write a letter to the president for permission to invite.
     
      • Rosters
        1. Will announce through radio by the Alumni officers.
        2. Give posters and info sheets to all barangay heads.
        3. Posters/ streamers will include:

          4.    - The forthcoming GRAND ALUMNI HOMECOMING on Nov. 21-25, 2011.
             - Invite to register on the "website".
             - Register thru the Alumni Office.
     
      • Invite batch coordinators to commit for the success of the GRAND ALUMNI HOMECOMING
        1. Team building activities for the coordinators and officers.
     
      • Grand Alumni Homecoming on November 21-25, 2011
                             Should include in the program:
        1. Recognition of batches with scholarship programs.
        2. Faculty employees.
        3. Outstanding Alumni.
